They say your order will arrive in 3-5 days. But here we are, 5 days later, and my item hasn’t even been sent out yet. I contacted them through email, but all they did was give me a tracking number I already had.

I got a pair of 1more triple driver headphones as a gift, and they were great until they sadly broke. When I contacted 1more's customer service for help, it turned into a total mess. Since I didn’t have a receipt, they wouldn’t assist me. To my shock, a rep even suggested I buy a new pair from Amazon and then send the broken ones back to them. I turned that down since it would be fraud. I'm really let down by this company and won’t be buying from them again. Their customer service is lacking, and they don’t provide any spare parts. If your cable goes bad, you have to get a replacement from somewhere else because they won’t help you. I also have an email from the customer service rep telling me to defraud Amazon by returning something I didn’t buy from them. I’m planning to send this proof to Amazon and hope they take the right steps against 1more for giving such dishonest advice.
